The sturdy blade and the sharp edge will give a clean cut, the special etching on the blade prevents the cheese slices from sticking.
The blade of the Wüsthof cheese knife is made of one piece of rustproof stainless steel (chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel) and offers the prerequisites for a high and even hardness (56 HRC) as well as a long edge retention.
Thanks to its low weight and unique ergonomics, this Wüsthof 18cm cheese knife lies comfortably in the hand, is optimally balanced and enables joint-friendly cutting.
The handle made of black special plastic is riveted 3 times with stainless steel rivets, easy to care for and therefore extremely hygienic.
