Our cheese baker allows you to cook and serve hot cheeses to share for an aperitif or a raclette dinner. Coulommiers, reblochon or goat cheese, place the cheese in the cheese Baker (diameter 17 cm) with the filling of your choice (honey, herbs, spices..), close and bake 15 to 20 minutes. You can serve directly in the cheese baker: soak in bread, or crackers or serve with a small spoon on vegetables, potatoes or cold meats.
During cooking, the lid infuses flavours, prevents the cheese from drying out, retains odours and keeps it warm until the time of serving. The Cheese Baker is oven-safe up to 270°C, microwave and dishwasher safe without risk of colour change.
