Bought something in the last 30 days?

If you are a consumer who has bought a product from us within the last 30 days and you need to return it, please use the address at the bottom of this page.

Please note we do not accept returns for used items, damaged items and/or products that don't have their original packaging.

Faulty goods? General issues with one of the brands that we represent


Please see below details of warranties for each of our brands, if you believe that your item qualifies, please send it to us (see correct addresses below for each brand). Once we receive it we will take a detailed look at the product and if it is found to be defective in any way we will certainly replace it at no charge to you.
 
Please package your item carefully; we ask that you do not send personal items with the item that you wish to have returned – this includes towels and any other items used for protection. Please ensure that you enclose a note in the box containing your name, full address and daytime telephone number, just in case there are any questions.  Please also include a brief summary of the problem encountered.

 EMILE HENRY RETURNS
All Emile Henry items carry a 10 year warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship.
 
GEFU RETURNS
All GEFU items carry a 5 year warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship.

KOZIOL RETURNS
All Koziol items carry a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

SCANPAN RETURNS
All core SCANPAN items carry a standard ten year warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship. The latest Stratanium and Stratanium + products offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects - please see the 'SCANPAN Care' for more details and advice on user misuse and caring for your pans. Each item is identified on the underside of the product.

VERITABLE RETURNS

Veritable offer a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the Lingot shows less than 60% germination, this will be replaced. You can call our office on 01782 572910 for more information.

WÜSTHOF RETURNS
All Wusthof items carry a product limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship, that is set at ten years, this does not cover misuse and is based on a reasonable suggestion to say that your product has served you well for it's lifetime.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEM?  

Please be aware that HAUS are not responsible for the products you send to us until we receive them, so it is recommended that you insure your package accordingly (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is one option, though do check with your local Post Office for more details – the post office are allowed to ship cookware and knives, kitchen knives are not a weapon).
 
Another service available to you to save the post office queue is that of the Collect Plus Service, an economy service is available based on weight and the first £50 of your product is covered with their insurance. Please make sure the item is packed safely and securely.  Drops can be made at regular high street names such as Asda, Spar, Nisa, etc.  Please see their website for further details.
